BRANZ is New Zealand's leading building and construction research organisation. Research teams address energy efficiency in buildings, environmental issues, structural engineering - especially related to performance in earthquake, and to timber structures, fire safety science and engineering, materials durability, weathertightness and related cladding issues, indoor air quality, building economics, and building product appraisal.
