As the parent organisation, it is responsible for: * Giving effect to and receiving redress from the settlement. * Exercising strategic governance over its two subsidiaries. Te Arawa Group Holdings and Te Arawa Tangata. * Providing benefits to its beneficiaries as determined by the TPT board.
