The Insurance & Savings Ombudsman (.ISO.) is an independent service for resolving insurance & savings disputes, which is free to consumers. The ISO can consider complaints where the amount claimed is up to $$200,000 (or for a disability benefit up to $1,000 per week) about personal fire and general, health, life insurance & savings services provided within New Zealand by Participants of the ISO Scheme
